Whether in individual therapy or relationship therapy, I will support you as you unfold into your own wisdom and develop in ways that are fulfilling, healing, and meaningful to you. I offer a safe space to allow you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behavior so that you can better understand yourself and others.
I practice a relational, attachment-based therapy supported by interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, and emotion theory. Attachment work can help you to understand that the patterns in your life make sense and—more importantly—can be changed in ways that will allow you the perspective and insight to create the shifts you want to see in your life and in your relationships.
I work with adults and adolescents 16+. Therapy takes many different forms in my practice, from working short-term on specific challenges to offering longer term, open-ended explorations of self.
I offer a space to explore your concerns around:
Anxiety or depression
Recovery from a traumatic event
Family dynamics, past or present
ADHD
Identity development
Adjusting to life events
Isolation or disconnection
Psychedelic preparation & integration (note that I am not a licensed psychedelic therapy provider but have taken multiple trainings in supporting this kind of self exploration).
“As dark as the passages and confusing as the cul-de-sacs that you find yourself in are, progress is nevertheless being made. Something is unfolding. You are becoming.”

initial consultation
Because I strongly believe in the importance of the client/therapist relationship, I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation to help us determine if we’re a good fit. If I’m not the right fit for you, I can help you find someone in the community who will best meet your needs.
IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS
I don’t provide 24-hour crisis services. If an emergency arises, please call 911, the Multnomah County Crisis Line (503-988-4888) or call or go to any local emergency room.
